Amora Pet Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Amora Pet mobile app and the Amora Pet pages on vargohub.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What Amora Pet is
Amora Pet is a tool to organize your pets’ care: keep their profile and medical history, see reminders, request appointments with veterinary clinics, learn with courses and receive tips by notification. The data you see in the app is what you enter or what clinics and Amora publish.
2. Amora Pet is not a veterinary service
Amora Pet is not a clinic, does not provide veterinary services and does not replace a consultation with a veterinarian. The information, tips and courses are educational and do not constitute diagnosis or treatment. If your pet has an emergency, go to a veterinary clinic right away: the app is not an emergency service.
3. Your account
You must be 13 or older, give us truthful information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for the activity of your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Appointments with clinics
An appointment in the app is a request to the clinic you choose. Confirmation, availability, price and care depend on the clinic; Amora Pet is not a party to the relationship between you and the clinic and is not responsible for the care you receive. You can cancel or reschedule your appointments from the app, respecting the clinic’s conditions.
5. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to:
- give false information or impersonate other people;
- use the Service for fraudulent purposes, send spam or try to access other accounts’ data;
- try to breach the Service’s security or interfere with its operation;
- use the Service for illegal purposes or to mistreat animals.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Your data and content
Your pets’ data, your history and your photos are yours. You allow us to store and display them only to provide the Service, as the Privacy Policy explains. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
7. Intellectual property
The name, logo, design, texts, courses and software of Amora Pet are ours or our licensors’. We grant you a personal, limited and revocable license to use the app.
8. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the Service available, but there may be interruptions, maintenance or changes. We may modify or discontinue features; if the change is important, we will let you know.
9. Suspension and account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → “Delete my account”. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put other people or the Service at risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Amora Pet is not responsible for decisions about your pets’ health made based on the app’s information, for the care provided by clinics, for errors in the data entered by users, for interruptions beyond our control or for indirect damages. Nothing above limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Guatemala City.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here, with its date, and if the change is important we will notify you in the app. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept it.
