Delete your Amora Pet account

You can delete your account and all your data whenever you want.

Inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Amora Pet and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete my account and enter your password to confirm.

By email

Write to amorapet@vargohub.com from your account’s email, with the subject “Delete my account”. We handle the request within 7 business days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, your pets with their photos, their medical history and your settings. Your pending appointments are cancelled. This action cannot be undone. If you have recorded appointments, your account is deactivated immediately and we complete the deletion of the rest of your data within 7 business days. If you want photo files to be deleted immediately, ask by email.

What we may keep

Only what the law requires us to keep, for the minimum time necessary.
