Ahoria Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms govern the use of the Ahoria mobile app and the Ahoria pages on vargohub.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What Ahoria is
Ahoria is a tool to log and organize your personal finances: record expenses and income, create savings plans, share groups with other people and keep track of who owes what, chat with your connections and learn with courses and articles. The amounts, contributions and statuses you see in the app are those that you or the people in your groups record. Ahoria does not process payments or move money.
2. Educational information
The information, charts, courses and articles are educational. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. You decide what to do with your money.
3. Your account
You must be 13 or older, give us truthful information and take care of your password. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use and user content
You can chat and share with the people you accept as connections. The following is prohibited:
- posting offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent, illegal or misleading content;
- harassing, threatening or impersonating other people;
- sending spam or using the Service for fraudulent purposes;
- trying to access other accounts’ data or to breach the Service’s security.
You can report messages and block other people from the chat. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Data you share
What you share in a group or chat will be seen by its members. You are responsible for what you share and for the people you choose to share it with.
6. Accounts between people
Agreements, payments or debts between the people who use a group are settled between them, outside Ahoria. Ahoria is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for their fulfillment.
7. Intellectual property
Ahoria’s name, logo, design, texts and software belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited and revocable license to use the app. Your entries and messages remain yours.
8. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the Service available, but there may be interruptions, maintenance or changes. We may modify or discontinue features; if the change is important, we will let you know.
9. Suspension and account deletion
You can delete your account whenever you want from Profile → “Delete my account”. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put other people or the Service at risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Ahoria is not responsible for financial decisions made based on the information in the app, for errors in the data that users record, for interruptions beyond our control or for indirect damages. Nothing above limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Guatemala City.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here, with its date, and if the change is important we will let you know in the app. If you keep using the Service after the change, you accept it.
